Description
DUO by Quintess, is a sister club to THE TOUR CLUB and Quintess. DUO members have access to 17 two million dollar residences in 11 destinations and can also use the homes at the two other clubs, making a network with 100 residences around the world. The club offers a variety of individual membership plans with usage of 14 to 50+ nights a year.
Members receive a host of member privileges at each home location including special access to private golf clubs, restaurants, clubs and other amenities. Members also have access to anytime, anywhere concierge services, whether they are traveling within or outside of the Club or even in their home town.
Home size averages 3 bedrooms and about 3,000 sq. ft. while the city properties are somewhat smaller apartments.
Members pay a one-time deposit and annual dues based on the type of membership plan desired. Initial deposits vary between $59,000 and $139,000 and annual dues vary between $17,150 and $39,550.
