This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to this website and the websites SherpaReport LLC, and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively "we", "us" or "our") that display this Policy (each a "Site" and collectively, the "Sites"). Our Sites are not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under age 18.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe link included in each such email.

Your mobile device may have settings that allow you to prevent sharing geolocation information with us. You should consult your mobile device's settings or help documentation for more information about exercising these options.

SherpaReport uses Google Analytics and related products, which help SherpaReport better understand its audience and target communications and advertisements based on demographic or interest-based information. Google is subject to its own privacy policy.

You may also be able to opt out of certain targeted behavioral advertising via the Network Advertising Initiative's opt-out.

Please note that you may still receive advertising even after opting out, but that advertising may not be tailored to you or your interests.

Access Information

If you are a registered member on sherpareport.com, you may access, update and change certain information we have collected about you by accessing the "My Profile" tab after signing into your account on www.sherpareport.com.

You may request, that we disclose to you the categories and specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which your personal information is collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting your personal information, the categories of personal information that we disclosed for a business purpose, any categories of personal information about you that we sold, the categories of third-parties with whom we have shared your personal information, and the business or commercial purpose for selling your personal information, if applicable. You may request that we delete any personal information that we have collected from or about you. There are some reasons we will not be able to fully address your deletion request, such as if we need to complete a transaction for you, to detect and protect against fraudulent and illegal activity, to exercise our rights, or to comply with a legal obligation. You may request to opt out of the disclosure of Personal Information about you to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. Please submit a request in writing to the contact information below. We may need to verify your identity to enable us to process your request. We value your privacy and will not discriminate in response to your exercise of privacy rights. We will respond to your request within 45 days of receipt of your request, after proper verification, unless we need additional time, in which case we will let you know.

Do Not Track Signals

Our website is not designed to currently respond to "Do Not Track" ("DNT") signal requests from browsers. This is due to the lack of global standardized interpretation that defines "Do Not Track" signals. Once the industry has settled on standards related to this issue, we may re-evaluate this approach.

Information Security

We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security procedures to help protect your information.

However, we cannot guarantee the security of information from unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Information Retention
