Four Seasons Residence Club Vail

Situated at the main entry to Vail Village, Four Seasons Resort Vail features an intimate 121-room resort, as well as limited real estate opportunities, including 19 fractional residences sold at 1/12 interests and 16 private residences.  This is only the third mountain property in the esteemed Four Seasons collection and the first Four Seasons to open in Colorado.

The 19 fractional residences include 8 two bedroom, 8 three bedroom and 3 four bedroom residences in 1/12 share fractions. Each owner will enjoy at least 21 nights of use each year, plus additional time on a space available basis.

Four Seasons Resort Vail will be a destination unto itself, with a full-service spa and state-of-the-art fitness club, sunken courtyard with private 75-foot all-season pool, fine dining restaurant, après ski lounge and children's activity center. Guests and owners will also enjoy dedicated ski and snowboard valet service at the base of Vail's Vista Bahn Express(tm) lift, the signature Four Seasons Kids For All Seasons program, in addition to conference facilities and retail shopping. As with other Four Seasons Clubs, owners have exchange privileges to other Four Seasons Residence Clubs locations.
