The million pound plus (US$1.5m+) villas and chalets are located in a dozen countries around the world, with a strong focus on Europe. The newest home additions are:

Il Bosco, Tucany, Italy

Il Bosco is a beautifully restored Tuscan farmhouse, with many original features including a watch tower dating back to the 12th century. Set within 10 acres of terraced land and olive groves this five en suite bedroom villa occupies a dominating position in the Florentine hills and is located in a tranquil setting with a lovely swimming pool and spectacular views. Local shops and restaurants are within a 10 minute drive and the villa is in close proximity to Florence only 12km away. The property will be available to members from 1st July.

Masseria La Rosa, Puglia, Italy

Masseria la Rosa is a lovely property within Puglia, at the southern-most tip of Italy and is located within easy reach of two international airports, Brindisi and Bari. The property is set in five acres of ancient olive groves allowing for complete privacy while still a convenient distance from the shops and restaurants of Carpignano and Martano. The villa comprises a main house with three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and an annexe providing two further bedrooms. The outside space is perfect for outdoor living with a mosaic tiled infinity pool and barbeque area.

Calle Princesa, Barcelona, Spain

Located within the popular El Born quarter of Barcelona, this two bedroom apartment extends to 160 square metres and claims panoramic views over the park. In close proximity to the famous Las Ramblas, the Picasso Museum and Cathedral, this stylish neighbourhood offers excellent shopping, superb restaurants and numerous cultural points of interest. A short distance from the apartment are Barcelona’s great beaches and marina development boasting an array of bars and restaurants.

The Hideaways Club has three levels of membership – Premium, Lifestyle and Associate - giving between four and eight weeks exclusive usage per year.

Earlier this year Hideaways announced a new City fund which plans to own 120 two/three bedroom apartments in some of the most exciting and vibrant cities around the world. The two levels of membership in this new City fund – Premium and Associate – will provide between 12 and 23 nights of usage per year.

Last year the club announced reciprocal partnerships with Banyan Tree Private Collection and Equity Estates, two complementary destination clubs, providing access to many additional homes throughout North America and Asia.
