This is the third article in the series on luxury travel clubs, which shows the costs of membership. The article compares different vacation residences, revealing the prices at various times of the year. The third club in our series is Portico, which offers luxury vacation homes around the world.

Portico Mountain Properties

This slope-side property is located at the Snow Park base area of Deer Valley Resort. It includes ski vallet and storage, a private hot tub, and a large deck with gorgeous views.

Portico Beach Properties

Portico Turks & Caicos pool

This Turks & Caicos Villa features a wraparound deck, gourmet kitchen, and master suite. It has access to 300 feet of beach and two freshwater pools (a lap and infinity-edge pool), and guests can use complimentary snorkeling gear and kayaks.

These two Virgin Gorda villas feature two large bedrooms, three master suites, and a terrace with outdoor dining, gas grill, and infinity pool. It has access to a private white sandy beach with lounge chairs, kayaks, snorkeling gear, and a private chef available by meal.

Portico Cap Cana residence

Located in the Caleton Villas at Cap Cana, this villa offers ocean views, a private courtyard, master suite, and in-residence butler. Guests also have access to a fitness center and the Caleton Beach Club.

Portico Lifestyle Properties

This property in Scottsdale, AZ is located with the Rocks luxury residence club. It includes a built-in BBQ, outdoor hot tub, whirlpool-jetted tubs, and large stone showers. Access to two pools, onsite treatment rooms, and free continental breakfast is available for guests.

Located in Southern Tuscany, this property is just a fifteen minute walk to the town of San Casciano dei Bagni. The classic villa offers air conditioning, en-suite bedrooms, panoramic views, and a pool fed by a natural, warm spring. There's plenty of room for up to 13 guests, who will all enjoy the al fresco dining.

Pricing: Low season starting at $2,200

As with the other clubs we've covered in this series, Portico offers a variety of luxury vacation homes in a wide selection of locations. The current membership fee for Portico is $2,500 with annual membership dues of $2,500. Last year Portico told us the overall average for booked nights was $1,000 for a 3-4 bed home, but the most frequently booked were 2-3 beds, which cost closer to $650 per night in urban locations.
