Developer and operator of multiple private residence clubs and boutique resorts, Timbers Resorts, has announced the official opening of Kauai – Ocean Club & Residences located in Hokuala.
The Timbers Kauai – Ocean Club & Residences offers unobstructed panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Hau'pu mountains with direct access to the expansive shoreline.

The luxury residences, townhomes and residence club interests are available as both shared private residence club and whole ownership opportunities within three buildings.
The Maliula and Kaiholo properties are now open. Both of them offer several oceanfront residence opportunities. Fractional ownership share prices start in the mid-$300,000s. The resort includes 25 fractional ownership homes with some in 1/12th fractions, and others in 1/6th portions.
The Maliula property has two-and three-bedroom condo homes. Each residence has at least three lanais, private lagoons, panoramic views of the Ocean and the Hokuala Ocean Course.
Kaiholo features three- and four-bedroom residences perched directly on the seaside cliffs and priced from $810,000 each. These residences include up to 3,400 square feet of interior space and upwards of 1,795 square feet of lanais space and provide an incredible location at the water's edge.
The Laola townhomes will open in September and are priced from $4.8 million. They are located just above the 15th fairway of the Ocean Course and will feature breathtaking views that span from the historic Ninini Point Lighthouse to the Hau'pu mountains.
