Private aviation solution provider XO has reduced the number of membership tiers that it offers and no longer offers a fixed hourly rate, jet card type product. Flights booked under the new, single-level XO Membership are all dynamically priced ie are market based.

Background

XO is part of Vista Global Holding (Vista), one of the world’s largest on demand private aviation providers. Vista also owns the premium VistaJet private aviation brand. The company provides access to the Vista Members’ fleet of over 350 owned, leased and managed aircraft, that are located around globe. Vista acquired what was then known as XOJet in 2018.

XO Membership

The new XO Membership requires a $100,000 fully refundable minimum deposit and a $995 annual membership fee and offers no black-out days or expiration, and dynamically priced flights. The XO Membership comes with the following benefits:

  • Access to 2,450 aircraft, including the Vista Members’ fleet when available;

  • Dedicated Account Managers - available 24/7 to provide guidance and organize your trips

Shared Flights

XO Members can choose to sell seats on their flights as a “Shared Charter” and can book seats on shared flights for themselves and for unaccompanied non-members.

Fewer Memberships

Note, prior to this recent change in membership tiers, XO offered several membership types of which the top level “Elite Access Membership” provided fixed hourly rates on various size private jets.

On announcing the change to the XO membership structure, Vista also said that the group will be sunsetting the Jet Edge Reserve membership. Vista just acquired Jet Edge in the spring of 2022. Current Reserve Members will enjoy the same familiar service as they keep enjoying flights with funds on their account.
