The destination club recently made some new homes available to members at Doonberg Golf Club in Ireland and at the Montage Deer Valley resort, Utah.
The four three-bedroom, three bathroom residences at Montage Deer Valley, are located just 40 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport and overlook the charming town of Park City. This stunning property features a world-class luxury spa, outstanding onsite restaurants and amenities (including a year-round heated pool and onsite bowling alley!).
Deer Valley has been voted the No. 1 ski resort in North America for each of the past four years, by the readers of SKI Magazine.
The residences at the Montage Deer Valley will feature true ski-in/ski-out access, with seamless ski valet services. Lift lines are typically short, and lead to 100 diverse trails on six mountains. And all levels of skiers will benefit from the renowned Deer Valley Ski School, whose highly skilled instructors offer private ski lessons on immaculately groomed slopes.
These new homes are part of the club strategy of using seasonal leases to provide additional inventory during high demand periods. Members of Exclusive Resorts can make reservations for the upcoming ski season, from Sunday, December 18, 2011 through Sunday, April 15, 2012.
The club is also adding additional homes in Vail and Jackson Hole for the upcoming ski season.
Doonbeg, Ireland
The two four-bedroom, four-bathroom residences at The Links Cottages at Doonbeg Golf Club, are a hidden retreat set among rolling sand dunes on one of the most breathtaking beachfront sites in all of Europe. Easily accessible, less than an hour from Shannon Airport, each 3,000 square foot cottage has been constructed to the highest specifications, with French limestone floors, marble bathrooms, expansive bedrooms, spacious living areas and gourmet kitchens – as well as spectacular panoramic views across the fairways and surrounding pasturelands.
